Hi! I’m Sandeep,

Sandeep Vaswani is a distinguished HR Leader, currently Director – People & Organisation at a multinational consulting firm, and recognized among the Top 25 HR Influencers of India by SHRM. An ex-PwC alumnus, he holds an Engineering degree from NIT and an MBA from MDI-Gurgaon, with extensive consulting experience across 15+ countries.

 

Beyond corporate leadership, Sandeep is deeply committed to social impact. For over 20 years, he has voluntarily served as an Advanced Programs Trainer with the Art of Living Foundation, inspiring thousands of students, professionals, and leaders. He has conducted workshops at premier institutes (IITs, MDI, SRCC, NIFT) and spoken on platforms such as Radio City.

 

Inspired by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Ji’s vision, he has led and participated in numerous initiatives including Volunteer for a Better India, India Against Corruption, Meri Dilli Meri Yamuna, and the World Culture Festival. Since 2004, he has also spearheaded a literacy mission benefiting 100+ underprivileged children.

 

His contributions have earned him accolades like the Times of India Environmental Excellence Award, Indian National Disaster Reduction & Awareness Award (UN-affiliated body), and recognition from Rotaract for work in mental health.
